My Thoughts On This Election
I am a conservative, and am non-partisan. My general election vote will be split, as usual. There are good and bad people on both sides of the political fence. You have to look at the person, and not the party.
That being said, as a conservative, a Christian, and a Patriotic American, there is no way I can sell my soul for empty promises,or turn my back on my country for political correctness. While I do not like Romney, the other choice is to vote for pure evil, and that is exactly what is currently occupying the White House, IMO.
Wake up, and look as to what is happening to us, to our country ! Peoples rights are being taken away bit by bit, every day. Executive orders to bypass congress have been rampant. Religious freedom is being squashed. Traditional families are being denigrated to unpolitically correct status, as "anything goes" is being shoved down our throats, and our childrens.
What has happened to us, that we are afraid to speak our minds, or reveal our deep seated beliefs, because we may be homophobic, ant-islamic, or just plain politically uncorrect in the eyes of this current administration?
We must take a stand now, or history will repeat itself again.
Do we really want a resurrection of the Soviet Union, Amerika style, or even worse? This is where we are headed. Take your blinders off, and see the truth as to what is unfolding before us.
It is up to us to put a stop to this madness. Complacency has brought down many a country, many an empire. We are headed the same direction. While you may not like the alternate choice to what we have now, unless the brakes are applied hard, the slippery slope we are currently descending, will have no end, until the edge of the cliff appears.
I am voting for Romney. My vote, and those of others, are the hope for a change back to what America was 4 years ago.

Well said, my friend!
The hour has already come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. Romans 13:11

And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved. Matthew 10:22

Wake up, oh sleeper, and rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you

Mitt Romney is best for the nation: James Varney- Times Picayune

But there can no longer be much doubt the qualities that make the United States exceptional, and the reservoirs upon which the nation must draw in tough times, are not those that stamp Obama's thinking or animate his policies.

Romney embraces the liberty and potential that America's core principles nurture. Under his administration, Washington will shed the shackles imposed by those who think the commanding heights of the economy -- and by extension, our daily lives -- must be controlled by them rather than by individuals.

Just because YOU don’t believe
in the Rougarou; or the Loup Garou,
don’t make you safe; No !

WARNING

Everyone, pay attention... Take your shoes off BEFORE you enter your home. Keep bleach in a sprayer to spray the area where the shoes are stored.

After walking around in public where people are spitting, vomiting, disposing of dirty diapers, condemns , tampons ect, you are a walking disease factory. Think about it.

Take off your shoes. Just do it!

What really does make the USA exceptional, compared to the rest of the western world, is that lots of foreigners go there to make lots of money on the poor, who can't afford a hospital bed. And so, now and again you hear about some really nice christians who helped some poor bastard back to health, and then all is well, cos the good lord was with that good soul.

Pure evil?

What a fucking joke.

How is standing up for poor people, women and seniors pure evil?

Your mind has been poisoned by wedge issue politics.

Why isn't Romney evil for believing when he dies he will go to another planet and inherit some virgins?

Why isn't Romney evil for lying and mischaracterizing so much of his past political record?

Why isn't Romney evil for "harvesting" companies, laying off workers and decimating their families to line his own pockets?

Obama has created more poor people by his policies. The number of people getting food stamps has skyrocketed.
Obama is not standing up for women, when he wants everyone to pay for women murdering their children. Where is the stand for the children?
The elderly will be a rare sight to see, if obamacare is not thrown in the trash. The targeted age group for unlimited care is 15-40. After 40, the limits of care go down to nothing except pain pills and euthanasia by witholding treatment by age 70.
The wedge in this country has been created by obama. Fool me once, sham on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
Romney, as an American, can believe what he wants. Freedom of religion.
Romney's experience and good track record as a political leader speaks for itself. What is obama's claim to fame?
Romney is a businessman who earned his money. A lot more credibility than a community organizer who never worked an honest job 1 day of his life.
I speak the truth. I am no shill, but you certainly show that you are. Obamabot.

Thank you for your vote for America, Patriot !hf

Voting for Mormonism is closely related to ... guess what. There's no way around it.

The office is President, not dictator, not supreme ruler and not religious leader.

When Romney was ceo of Staples he did not 'convert' those employees to Mormonism.

Get a grip on reality.

EXACTLY !

Like I said: "think further." And once it's done it's done. The whole world will be keeping it's eye on the USA regarding Muslims like never before.

Re: My Thoughts On This Election
Romney's experience and good track record as a political leader speaks for itself. What is obama's claim to fame?
Romney is a businessman who earned his money. A lot more credibility than a community organizer who never worked an honest job 1 day of his life.
I speak the truth. I am no shill, but you certainly show that you are. Obamabot.

Romney didn't earn his money. He invested his money in a comapny that fed off the liquidation and outsourcing of other people's jobs.

What has Obama done? Ended war in Iraq, saved detroit, killed bin laden, righted the listing economic ship left by two Bush terms and 25 years of failed GOP trickle down economics.

Romney earned his money as a businessman. How did obama earn his?
The troops in Iraq were already on a deadline to pull out before obama even took office.
If you think Detroit has been saved, think again. Not only are the car companies going under, but the former "motor city" looks like a bomb went off in it. Prosperity?
Last I checked, republicans were not in power for 25 years before obama took office. Try again???
As for the economic ship, it is almost sunk. Only the blind cannot see the increased numbers of people receiving aid, the homeless, and the increase in forclosed homes.

Mockery removes all shreds of credibility in posts. Grasping at straws, and attacking instead of presenting facts.

What I just said is a fact.
 Quoting: Libra II 1001450

I told the truth. The "poor" are covered by medicaid.
 Quoting: tiger1

So how come people are still suffering in the USA and not being able to get a hospital bed? Christian publicans stood in the way, thats why. The USA really did pave the way for the rest of us westerners, and we are very grateful, but you Americans are now decades behind us.
