Nothing happened at all but I wondered if it would. I turned one year older. It was kinda weird having that date for my Birthday though.

The majority of the world use that date format.

The USA and a handful of other countries are the exception

I always get in trouble with work because I date it wrong, so everything looks late, but I figured you meant November.

Yup same problem. Try Jan, Feb etc for the months to avoid confusion.

The way the system at work has to handle it is numeric, and it's a UK company, I think he is just used to having to change it when he looks at it. In the end,I usually just threaten to shoot him when he says anything, but he's convinced that living in the US south and being a Texan equates to gunslinger.

I don't want to change his mind, even though I bought a gun for the first time ever a few months ago.

He and I have a friendly working relationship, so it's not serious.
