2. Ann Romney put one million dollars into the shares - 0.69 per share= 1,449,275 shares.
3. (DELCO became DELPHI at some point)
4. Romney then sent all the American auto parts workers jobs to CHINA.
5. THEN he JACKED UP THE PRICE of the auto parts to the auto manufacturers.
6. He threatened the auto industry if they did want to pay the jacked up prices that would be their problem they would not get parts.
7. THEN after all that damage was done,
8. Romneys sold the 1,449,275 shares at 32.00 per share = $46,376,811 over 46 million dollars.9.

The UAW knows what he did and there are a number of ethics violations not to even mention the fact he screwed over the UAW auto parts workers themselves and extorted the automobile manufacturers at a time when the whole country was going into crisis, before Obama was elected. He did not declare his obscene profits. That is probably one of the years he did NOT want to disclose. He only disclosed TWO years of income taxes.
