I think they are using haarp to weaken the storms not increase them. You could tell sandy was decreased by how it broke up.

Just a late in the season tropical storm hitting up against cold front typical for this time of year. These storms are called nor'eaters [winds coming out of the North Atlantic/Northeast], and are notorious for dumping a lot of snow in winter. Too early for snow, so just wind and rain.

Yes, "Global Warming" via Man is a HOAX... CO2 is contributing but not to the extent we're experiencing.....
