waw, that's one nice opinion.
Here is My opinion:
Not all people can follow true spiritual master's life path, because they have their own life too (family, etc) and their own problem.
If you want a true spiritual master, don't take ordinary school teachers as examples. Set an example on spiritual master like Jesus, Buddha, etc, they dedicated their life for improvements of their disciples. They are perfect enough to be a true spiritual master, in my opinion.
