Personally I have a beef with the Lame Stream Media and the way they report. The headline was totally wrong. The headline doesn't match the story. Should be "men arrested for transporting gas in unapproved containers".
And with that said, if he could go that far to get the gas, he should have been able to get the containers. I would rather have less gas and get home alive with it, than to take the risk that he took for himself, everyone at the station, and everyone on the highway between the gas station and home.

Not sure that West Haven, Conn was that adversly affected. Hey, the dude drove all that way, he can get the gas cans there!
