I don't know about that. What I do know, having worked for the past 2 elections as a pollworker is that voters can pretty much do whatever they want. They can use any voting aid or tool they wish, they can be accompanied by whomever they wish, and there is no one to tell them otherwise, anyways. The only thing that's outright prohibited is electioneering.

This has already happened in Nevada -- Romney votes switched -- and our Democrat partisan pos sec. of state Ross Miller proclaimed it didn't happen, nothing wrong, NOTHING TO SEE HERE.
