Well, sir, that's not entirely true, as I've ran into numerous so called black guys who wanted to be white.
I know black guys who will not associate with other black people, or have any respect for other black people, etc.
I have an aunt who could pass for white, and now acts as a white woman. Her whereabouts are unknown, as she divested from the family.
Other human beings, especially those devoid of Christ, are the most complex entities on the planet.
Race is one of Satan's biggest deception as Jesus made clear that he is no respector of persons (Romans 3). There are those who are so unhappy with themselves they choose a person, group, or a race of people that fits a character they like, and the adopt that character, no matter how stereotypical.
Folks, I am an individual, who just so happen to be black, but my blackness is so minutely who I am. I am not my career, I am not the stereotype the world says I am, I am not what the media says that I am...I am unique, and I am of God.
Unfortunately, as long as men reject God, they will deal with these self esteem issues, and continue to project images they want people to believe about them. They will want to convince you they are rich, educated, interesting, or even a thug (when they are not), that they are cool (when they are not), they are ladies' men (when they are not, etc.
So, it is not a race specific characteristic to try to be something we are not...

Ultimately, that emptiness in the their hearts, is a lack of Christ.

I just found a Michael Jackson tape today. I would have thrown it in the garbage but I was afraid it would pollute some unsuspecting mind. Colored people were much happier back in the 50's and early 60's before the birth control pill. Black fathers in the home plummeted from 80% down to 20% in the current ghetto cities. Sorry brother but the real problem is satanist who are running this show. They want ppl to devide and hate each other instead of unite and love each other. We should only spread love and truth. Jesus is great and god loves us so much why even spread hate. These times we live are so full of ahte and curruption its hard to find good souls, this is why we are living int he end of times. i would recomend asking ppl for forgivness who u hate and love them un-conditionally because they are just lost in the worldy things brother. love ya and hope u find truth and love as i have.
