I'm sure that Israel won't fight back. It was an accident or a deliberate shot, to test the Israeli reaction. I don't think that will it escalate. Good catch, though, if it's confirmed from other sources.

Al-Assad maybe trying to get Israel involved as the NATO rats run around in Syria

An Israeli military jeep was hit Monday by Syrian gunfire on the Golan Heights. IDF soldiers were patrolling this evening near the northern border when they came under gunfire from the Syrian side of the border.

The IDF Spokesperson told Arutz Sheva there were no casualties and that the incident is under investigation.

Apparently a member of Syrian rebels posted on twitter that a Syrian Army tank fired as a warning to Israeli jeep, on Golan heights, during a fight with rebels. Trusted source? I doubt it.

It's very logical what you have said but I don't trust the rebel sources from Syria, especially when they post on twitter, at the protection of anonymity.

Syria is no angel but it was secular run govenment, like Libya. The rebels are destroying the country,churches,mosques schools and NATO countries fund it, it's disgusting.
