The sad truth is the older the person is the more brainwashed by mass media, schools, television, newspapers, 'higher education', friends, etc they become.

In essence, the older the person is the more 'acceptable' it is for them to accept the lie. They 'know' its a lie deep down, but they don't want to 'believe' it.

It's easier for them to deny the reality that their entire life has been a lie than to stand up and do something about it.

All of this 'fitting in' and 'keeping up with the jones' mentality started in the 1960's and got progressively worse every decade.

Thank God we have some intelligent young people in this country that are smarter than their parents and see that the country they 'inherited' is a steaming pile of dogshit and want to do something to change it.
