If you are called out then you know where the out is.If you are not called out you wont have a clue where it is you are supposed to get the heck out of before its too late.

God calls His own out of her. But it is not a suggestion, it is imperative and a mandate. because He says He is going to punish here severely and wants His own not to experience it. So he orders them to leave. He does not say stay and I will keep you safe. He says GET OUT.

As to where to go, my pick is Mediterranean Europe because except Greece and France that I know of, it has protection from Our Lady Of Fatima through consecration, who is key figure in these in my opinion end times.

A prophet said that if God wanted you to move somewhere else, He would tell you. Otherwise, don't try to cheat judgement. It will find you no matter where you move.

There's not any place to flee to.

Ezekiel 5:2 One third you shall burn in the fire at the center of the city, when the days of the siege are completed. Then you shall take one third and strike it with the sword all around the city, and one third you shall scatter to the wind; and I will unsheathe a sword behind them.

Jeremiah 9:16 I will scatter them also among the heathen, whom neither they nor their fathers have known: and I will send a sword after them, till I have consumed them.

That does not mean Mediterreanean Europe will not see hardships too but it is the spiritual protection that counts and in my opinion that will come through the Immaculate Heart of Our Lady Of Fatima.

19 “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. 20 But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

22 “The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy,[c] your whole body will be full of light. 23 But if your eyes are unhealthy,[d] your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!

Babylon (spiritual Babylon) is apostate Christianity. God is calling His people OUT of these false systems of worship back to REAL worship of the Creator God! Are you going to a church that follows the Bible and the 10 commandments INCLUDING the 4th one that says to keep the 7th day holy as God instructs? If you're not, GET OUT OF THERE and go find a church that worships on the right day and goes by the bible! Most of Christianity is in apostasy today, but there are still a select few who worship on the right day. If you read Revelation 14, especially verses 6-12 you will see that God's TRUE people keep HIS commandments, NOT the commandments of men who "changed" (not in reality because man can't really change God's law, they can only THINK to do it like Daniel 7 says) the day of worship from the 7th to the 1st.

Revelation 14: 6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,

7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,

10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:

11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

Oh ye of little faith. Did not God say his Children would Not be appointed unto wrath?!!!... Didn't he tell us not to fear for ALL THESE THINGS MUST COME TO PASS FIRST? The Lord IS NOT the author of confusion, He is MY ROCK AND MY REFUGE in my time of trouble.
There is no place at all on the face of the earth where anyone can sleep to escape the wrath of the Lord but know this and hi and his word and pray that we are found worth worthy to for he told for he told us in the Book of Daniel book of Daniel and Ezekiel and revelation of the things to come and they are surely being fulfilled as we speak and they are surely being fulfilled as we speak daily if you are born again and you have repented and are born again there is nothing to fear!
We know from his word that the ENTIRE FACE OF THE EARTH WILL SEE HIS JUDGEMENT! Those that come against Israel to destroy her...will be supernaturally destroyed! This is fact. But if you serve the Lord & hold his word in your heart... what is there to fear?

Read these verses VERY carefully!! The angels are taking the everlasting gospel to the world which includes getting BACK to worshiping the Creator! Notice verse 7, it's almost taken word for word from the fourth commandment, the Sabbath commandment about keeping the Sabbath holy! Then there is a stark warning against all those who take the mark of the beast! To know what this is you have to know WHO the beast (or antichrist) power of the Bible is! It can be NO other power than the Papacy, the Roman Catholic Church! EVERY clue in the Bible points to them! In addition, the say that the "MARK of their authority is changing the day of worship from the 7th to the 1st... Saturday to Sunday!). Most of Christianity today does this! Then verse 12 finishes saying that the TRUE saints are those who KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS OF GOD and have the FAITH OF JESUS!! It's so easy a child can understand it and this is why God is calling his TRUE children OUT of these false systems of worship today!! I know, I was once in one of them, and heard God's voice to come out! So have thousands of others, and more will continue to hear and respond to that call as time nears the end!

As already mentioned, it's a spiritual calling, but in some cases it could be physical too.. When the time comes, God will lead you away to a safe place if it's necessary. You could be perfectly safe even in the middle of a warzone though, if you are under God's protection. Look up the story of the Catholic priests who were at ground zero of the Hiroshima bombing in WWII, yet survived without any injury.
