It's not likely to affect me personally, at least not over the course of the next 4 years. But if Romney wins we'll just have to grit our teeth and "ride it out" like we did with GWB.

But I will feel less optimistic overall, and highly concerned about my retirement years..medicare and social security. It's actually a cause for a fair amount of anxiety.

Regardless who wins, they all come after your money while making things easier on themselves. Been that way for almost 60 of my years.....can't see it changing any time soon. Imagine "public servant" actually living up to it's definition....LOL.

I think it makes a very small difference. Situations do arise where a president makes a decision. Not the big important things, but smaller things that may add up over time.
