A winner cant/wont be declared in this election but Obama will continue. They have already chosen him as the face of the NWO because he is well received worldwide and the best person to push their agenda forward.This hurricane has already put a spanner in the works of the election. Ohio is not counting their votes until 10 days after the election. The cold freeze Michio Kaku says will be you will tell your grandkids of will slowly creep in Wednesday and last for only who knows when. I can only imagine when kaku says this that it has to collide with an historical event such the US presidential elections and disrupt it. CNN is already hinting that the elections could be delayed.
