earthquake jolts in NC - 7:22 pm

nothing felt here 40 miles west of Charlotte.

just checked the weather radar
and no storm within 200 miles.

I'm about 2 miles from the NC boarder in SC. Didn't feel anything.

I'm about 50 miles inland
from the Atlantic and I felt
something however I have no
clue what it was.

Where are you? I am near Raleigh didn't feel it.

if you make a triangle on the map
and the three corners are Ft. Bragg NC,
Myrtle Beach Air Force Base and Florence SC,
I'm pretty much in the middle of that triangle.

OK. If you didn't know what it was why did you post earthquake?

It was real, don't know what it was,
but it was real.

3 jolts

the first 2 were within 2 secs of each other
then the 3rd came about 20 secs later.

my plates in the drainer rattled.

Darn crazy!...the New Jersey quake M2.0 was deleted from the USGS map...can't find the jolts you speak of in N.C.....leads me to believe that what was told to me a couple of years ago, that the US gov. was not going to report controversial alerts any longer, such as strange earthquakes and weather phenomena. ....how convenient..eh?!

Im just south of Charlotte in SC. 1 mile from boarder. I didn't feel anything but I swear I did this past Friday. I was in my office and I felt a quick jolt.

did you check to see if your jolt
registered on the earthquake site ??

I did and nothing was reported - a couple of co workers felt it - so at least I'm not imagining it.

I just put a video up on YT about Haarp radar rings showing up on Nexrad around 7:30 tonight. It looks like they are in front of the future Nor'Easter. Also, word is people are hearing loud booms as well.
