A lot of repubs (christians) rail against those in need with a "not our problem, fuck em" attitude. This is extremely unChrist like. Jesus would be giving free healthcare to all regardless of the cost, he would feed and clothe the needy regardless of cost, he would certainly tax the wealthy to the extreme. Discuss.

We help them DIRECTLY by contributing money to charities that help the disadvantaged, or we volunteer time.

Jesus would want ALL people who have money to spare, to donate to those who CANNOT help themselves, but he would have little pity on those lazy creeps who drop out of high school, then expect the government to send them a check every month.
