Good dietary advice from posters. Also, eliminate breads, pastas, etc.
Quoting: Thor's Hamster Don't have to eliminate those, just the overly processed ones. Choose whole grains and don't eat gluten grains everyday. Too much fat is the real culprit in diabetes, aided on by too much processed sugar.
