I was listening to a sermon on Isaiah 53 today. The pastor talked about "the most important question".

The "most crucial, significant, vital, essential, weighty, important question that religion must answer is this" -

How can a sinner become acceptable to God so as to escape eternal hell and enter eternal heaven?

He went on to say "if your religion can't deliver the truth on that, then I'm not interested in your religion".

Instead, we ought to be feeding from the Word of God (John 5:39) and those who skillfully handle the Word of God. I wouldn't give you a dime for any televangelist nor New York Times Bestseller List minister. People are so gullible. It is a shame that hundreds-of-millions of people worldwide don't know anything more about God than what floats in front of them. Instead of seeking out THE TRUTH, the average person today only goes by what they see on TV. Literally, Satan came to you instead of you coming to God.

You mean the god that created man in his own image. Was woman created in god’s image as well? If so is god man, woman or something else? Are evil men the image of god as well? Why did god condemn what he had created in his (it’s) own image for such a trivial thing and throw them out of Eden? Why did god create pure evil, Satan, and why did god allow Satan anywhere near his new creations, Adam and Eve? Why would god do such a thing?

In the Jewish Religion, there is only one God, HaShem (The Name). In deference to Judaism, G_d is the correct spelling.

Africans didn't have a religion, they had Spirituality from which ALL religions began, had Gods such as Isis, Horus, Heru, Ausar,Osirus; Mayan religion has many deities, Ancient Greek and Roman religions all had myths for example Yesus, Thor, Zeus, Mercury. The American Indians had their deities, and the Australian Aboriginals had their Gods and the Dreamtime. There were Norse Gods, Scandinavian Gods, Celtic Gods, Druidic Gods, along with nature religions also. Where ever there is mankind, there you will find worshippers of the Divine.

If Jesus didn't really exist, or was not truly the Son of God as the Bible teaches, then why would every nation on the face of the earth be so hateful against Him? If the Bible is not true, then why are so many of the world's leaders, music and movie producers, and Hollywood celebrities, hostile toward the cause of Christ and the Word of God? Christianity is unique! You can belong to any religion and people don't care; but born-again Christians are hated the world over. This is because all false religions are owned by Satan. 1st John 4:4, “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.” It is Jesus Christ Who is within the believer (Romans 8:9). Satan is the god of this evil world (2nd Corinthians 4:4).

James 4:4 identifies Max Lucado as an enemy of God, since he is a friend of the carnal world. Lucado's books are regularly on the New York Times Best Seller List. He has been featured speaker at the National Prayer Breakfast (where so-called “prayers” are read from a piece of paper, prewritten and not from the heart). It's all a bunch of heathen formalism, Modernism, Liberalism, sinful hypocrisy and ecumenical uniting by error. God wants us to divide over truth rather than unite by error (Matthew 10:34).

Tragically, Max Lucado is an ecumenical false prophet, who teaches the Church of Christ's false doctrine that salvation is SEALED by baptism. Lucado deceitfully claims that he doesn't believe in Baptismal Regeneration; yet he teaches that water baptism is essential to be signing and sealed...

Those are some dangerous words. So if you don't get water baptized, then you're only kicking the tires of salvation; but not buying it? That what Max is teaching! How much clearer could it be that Max is teaching Baptismal Regeneration.
