Another BS article where they count the years incorrectly with their various BS excuses.
They gave the 2009 spending to Bush even though Obama took office in January of that year.
For some odd reason they start Reagan's spending in 1982 when he took office in 1980.
And, most of all, they only have 2 data points for democrats - Bill Clinton with a Republican House and dotCom bubble, and an incomplete Obama term.
Idiotic propaganda.
