The food stamp cards weren't working with the power out, and it was cash only. that was a problem for a lot of people. I agree they should have had water on hand just in case. |

That translates into very good tap water. It doesn't give us a bacteria count but since I could smell the clorine/cloramine there is probably no worry about bacteria." |
