Nobody said they adore converts, I just said that it is possible for anyone to convert to Judaism because it's a religion NOT a race ! The same is true for Islam, Christianity, Hindu, Buddhism, etc !
Quoting: subzero86 Usually conversion involves marriage of another Jew. If there is no blood involved conversion happens very rarely. Jews are mostly ashkenazis and sephardics. Their children are automatically Jews by being born as a Jew. Most Jews are not religious, not even in Israel.
