It's a scientifistically proven rumour that meditating tunes your cosmic aerials into the mind kontrol frequency generated by HAARP. Crystals, dreamcatchers and other nonsense new age trinkets amplify this frequency.

First off you will know when things are right when they feel right. You should feel relaxed after meditation, not agitated. You should feel good about other people and about the earth. Right now there is a suppressive state going on with ascension. This tells me that they don't want you to do this. That means you should try to break free even harder. If you believe you will ascend you will. They can't stop you. I understand your fear. It's natural to be afraid. They want you to fear it though, because that is the only way they can keep you in their dimension. Fear lowers you. Love frees you to climb higher. Not just any love, though. Universal love of others and the universe. Absolute love. Love is having no fear of dismissal or rejection. Love is fairness for all. Love is getting rid of all you ever thought of human existence to be, it's history, its hateful wars, its disembowelment of the land, its slaughter of all its beautiful creatures. Love is never worrying about the physical things that are around you as being harmful or dangerous. It's about forgiveness. It's about letting go. Love is death of fear.

I'm no expert. I still have to work on some things like being surrounded by others who are negative or hateful and who try to hurt me. I have to work on forgiveness. For instance, a month ago I saw blue when I meditated. Now I see green. Something is trying to be healed. Somewhere I got hurt along the way and I'm in need of spiritual healing. My hours kicked up at work so I meditated on them being non-existent and now I'm down in hours again. Work kills me as I deal with a lot of negative people. Negativity is a direct block of enlightenment. And negative people and places are like vampires sucking the positive right out of you. We manifest what we want in this world. I know I need to manifest a better job but I'm of a belief that the devil you know is better than the one you don't. I have to work on this.

You wanna go worrying about what to believe you go right ahead. They will try to stop you from achieving full happiness. They do currently have a blocking system set up to cheat you of your rightful ascension. However, if you want it badly enough you can manifest it. Ask the universe to send you the truth, only the truth, and the truth will be at your feet. A path will be laid out for you. You only have to think of where you want that path to lead you.

I don't think they can alter (or create) what is happening in the sky. Everything is shinnier.
