South Korea has shut down two more Nuclear power plants. I think there was also another one closed down a couple of days ago. Japan just shut down their only 2 operating plants. There have been numerous others in the past months also all over the US, Canada and other parts of the Globe.

I'm seeing a trend here. How many are in Cold Shut Down. Is this damage control globally. Whats coming that we don't know about?

South Korea is doing this despite the fact that this will cause huge shortages of power over their winter months.

We need to get some numbers up.

Give us a link, but I know what you mean with this "trend", Opie. It'd be nice to get a few GLP investigators to have a poke around bring us a sum.

Fears on Stuxnet? I doubt the control modules affected could be replaced with the plants running. Thanks again America.

RSOE EDIS posts all the Nuclear " events" small or otherwise. Hit the archives I guess. I have seen at least 20 events and shut downs for maintence but they never say if or when back on line. Thats just in the last 2 mnths.

New generation power great. But in the mean time how many are down and not being put back on line for whatever the excuse.

The new plants are years off. Lets concentrate on the short term here shall we.

I've never seen so many nuclear reactors shut down like this. Something big is happening, wasn't that CME from a few days ago hitting the Earth today?
