Probably although i'm not sure about it, the last ones were voted during the night too, but i don't remember been midnight. This 3rd memorandum is very hard, complete butchering of wages and pensions and it lays the ground for the sellout of pretty much everything. I read that a third of hospital beds could be shuttered. Yep. With the last haircut the worst affected organizations were the social security funds, hospitals, universities and educational institutions, coz they lost the biggest part of their money (Greek bonds) overnight. There is extremely big pressure on these institutions now.
