The bible has a pattern of showing the physical and then the spiritual. Israel in Isaiah and Jeremiah and the prophets was the physical Israel and the United States is the final spiritual Israel and that is why the same things are happening to the United States that happened to Israel.

A cottage is a place, its structures void of life! Individuals are living beings, and thus the daughter is not as the frame of wood but it is of the make-up of the frame of flesh!

Isaiah 1:8
8 And the daughter of Zion is left as a cottage in a vineyard, as a lodge in a garden of cucumbers, as a besieged city.

Is a daughter birthed from a parent? Is a daughter surnamed, thus named as the offspring and carried forth from the giver of that life?

Zion is a place! A daughter is a woman! If, Zion is a place and Zion births a daughter, a woman, then also is she named after her parent as long as she remains unwed!

Zion has many names, yet it has some names for the residing of its daughter. Zion in the Hebrew interpretation means the Capital. It also means the waymark, title, sign, dry desert place, and most significantly, the wilderness!
Therefore, resides the daughter, woman of Zion, the woman in the wilderness(Rev. 12:6)
Revelation 12:6

6 Then the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by God, that they should feed her there one thousand two hundred and sixty days.

If one of Zions' symbols is the Capital then the ramification of its members is Israel as a whole. For as the head of a man is part of the body, so is the name of that one. So as the Capital, Zion, is the head of that body Israel, so is the name of that nation!

Therefore, behold the daughter of that Zion, the offspring of Israel is named! For as the parent, so is the child, called after the same name, and is surnamed Israel!

Therefore there are two Israels symbolizing its regions in the latter days, geographical Israel, the nation Israel, and Israels' daughter, the daughter of Zion, symbolizing spiritual Israel, the nation of the United States! This is not to say the other nations are excluded in parts as being made up of members also of spiritual Israel. Nevertheless, like the nation Israel, its borders are established; yet many Jews live outside their country but remain Jewish nonetheless. So also all that are embodied in Christ is of spiritual Israel, regardless, of the nation from which they are birthed and reside in. Yet, spiritual Israels' borders are established in a land also, as God ordained!

For what nation stand to fulfill Gods promise to Moses and the children of Israel? For the Lord God of Israel said, of that nation, that it is a land flowing with milk and honey.
Yet the nation of Israel never came to the fullness of this promise, except for a few brief periods, and a small time under Solomons' reign. Today Israel is a nation in existence much in part through the benefits of the United States and her massive loans. Israel lives in constant turmoil and enemies dwell all about, as peace seems a means toward greater chaos. It is not that Israel that all the nations envy for their means, and hope, and gain, and desire to prosper in the same manner; for that Israel, geographical Israel is not the land of milk and honey. For the promise toward such a land, nation, and people is exemplified in no other nation on earth, as it is in that pleasant land of the nation of the Unites States!
