Apparently there is close to 11 kids living in this house. Some have burglarized homes in the area.

If the child was ticketed, then only the child should pay the fine. If he can't then let them arrest the toddler. I see. So the neighbors had to call the police to babysit and potty train some womans teenagers and toddler. They've been peeing on the neighbors cars. The officer's potty training method is to write citations.

Don't we have childrens protective services anymore? I never liked the idea that the state can take children from their families but in this case its bettet than waiting for the neighbors to start shooting.

Sounds like that officer need to get a life. I'm sure the judge will throw it out. Whats a shame is that the judge couldn't file a complaint against the officer for wasting every ones time and money. or can they?
