How could two countries go to war with each other without involvement of others when they don't share a boarder? you make a good point there, i guess the winner would be whoever was able to gain access through turkey or iraq. Maybe after multiple air strikes Isreal could gain leverage on one of them. It's a good answer. But a better one technically would have been through amphibious assaults/landings. Both have access to the ocean.
