I think you're right, that law is not in effect.
At least that's one less Obamatard vote, though.

Oh yeah, I was posting in your thread last week Super Bowl Dave, said I might not make it to vote b/c of knee surgery but my surgery was actually no big deal I was walking the same day! Last time I had a knee done it wasn't that smooth. Voted for Mittens myself today, gotta be better than what we've got.
