Judge Resumes Hearing to Force Abortion on Mentally Disabled Woman

This is a slippery slope. If a judge can force this woman to have an abortion, then no pregnant woman in America is safe. Look at it this way. This pregnant woman is mentally disabled. What if she was physically disabled? What if she is ugly? What if the government says there are enough of a percentage of people of her demographics around, and we have to keep with a quota? What if the baby is a girl, and the government says we need less girls and more boys? What if the government says that it is illegal for her to be pregnant(think China).
I know this may be far fetched, but once this line is crossed, you are in communist China, not America.

OK, so if she's that retarded, who knocked her up? Why were her guardians not looking after ensuring she had birth control at LEAST? If she can't understand the risks of pregnancy she could not have given consent for sex, which makes it statutory rape. Where are those charges?

Next, if they want to set a bar for retarded people having kids, set it at IQ 130 and be done.
