Why does your theory defy Occam's Razor so easily? If what you say is true, then this would be no simple task. A small possibly large group was able to keep perfect secrecy, no whistle blowers and zero paper trails. Not only that but you certainly believe that these people have an end game. And if they have an end game then their plan is even more complex and uncertain than what got them to this point(which would be some serious teamwork). All this would put some serious stress on Occams Razor and greatly influence the odds that what is most likely is that all of you are wrong.
