"Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb."....Cassiopeia the Queen high in northeast on November evenings..
Revelation 21:9 One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues came and said to me, "Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb."

The constellation Cassiopeia the Queen can be found high in the northeast at evening in the autumn of the year, not far from Polaris, the North Star. Cassiopeia is an easy constellation to recognize because it’s small and compact and looks like the letter “M” or “W,” depending on the time of night and the season of the year. Like the Big Dipper, Cassiopeia can even be seen on moonlit nights.

Cassiopeia was a queen in ancient Greek mythology. According to legend, she boasted she was more beautiful than the sea nymphs, called the Nereids.

Her boast angered Poseidon, god of the sea, who sent a sea monster, Cetus, to ravage the kingdom. To pacify the monster, Cassiopeia’s daughter, Princess Andromeda, was left tied to a rock by the sea. Cetus was about to devour her when Perseus the Hero looked down upon her from Pegasus, the Flying Horse. Perseus rescued the Princess, and all lived happily.

Complimenting scriptures to this constellation picture

Isaiah 54:5-8 (R.V.) – “Thy Maker is thine husband; The LORD of Hosts is His name; And the Holy One of Israel is thy Redeemer; The God of the whole earth shall He be called. For the LORD hath called thee as a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit, Even a wife of youth when she is cast off, saith thy God.
For a small moment have I forsaken thee; But with great mercies will I gather thee. In overflowing wrath I hid my face from thee for a moment; But with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee, saith the LORD thy Redeemer.

Isaiah 61:10-11 (R.V.) – "I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, My soul shall be joyful in my God; For He hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, He hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, As a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, And as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels. For as the earth bringeth forth her bud, And as the garden causeth the things that are sown in it to spring forth; So the Lord GOD [Adonai Jehovah] will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations."

Revelation 19:7-9 (NKJV) – “7Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready”. 8And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints. 9Then He said to me, “Write: Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!” And he said to me, “These are the true sayings of God.”

Some other complementing scriptures are Isaiah 62:3-5; Jeremiah 31:3-12; Psalm 14:9-17.

Stars in Cassiopeia and the meanings of their names

Shedar (Heb.) – the freed.

Caph (Heb.) – the branch (it is evidently given on account of the branch of victory which she bears in her hand)

The marriage of the Lamb is come - The meaning of these figurative expressions appears to be this: After this overthrow of idolatry and superstition, and the discomfiture of antichrist, there will be a more glorious state of Christianity than ever was before.

The Rider on the White Horse

11I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and makes war. 12His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself. 13He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God. 14The armies of heaven were following him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean. 15Out of his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. “He will rule them with an iron scepter.”a He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty. 16On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written:

king of kings and lord of lords.

17And I saw an angel standing in the sun, who cried in a loud voice to all the birds flying in midair, “Come, gather together for the great supper of God, 18so that you may eat the flesh of kings, generals, and mighty men, of horses and their riders, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, small and great.”

19Then I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together to make war against the rider on the horse and his army. 20But the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who had performed the miraculous signs on his behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the mark of the beast and worshiped his image. The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur. 21The rest of them were killed with the sword that came out of the mouth of the rider on the horse, and all the birds gorged themselves on their flesh.

THE WISE WILL UNDERSTAND THIS< THOSE WHO BELONG TO THE KINGDOM OF OUR GOD!

Revelation 17:1 One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and said to me, "Come, I will show you the punishment of the great prostitute, who sits on many waters.

Revelation 17:17 For God has put it into their hearts to accomplish his purpose by agreeing to give the beast their power to rule, until God's words are fulfilled.

Revelation 19:7 Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory! For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready.
