He probably was. This is bullshit. The mother should not be charged a $2500 fine.

Come on now, if he lost his job, or at least sat behind a desk rather than dealing with people that would be a solution. But definitely not a patrol officer anymore. And what you stated is not acceptable either.

It sounds like the police were sitting around waiting for them to break some law, any law.

There have apparently been some complaints in the neighborhood about teenage drinking and someone using pot. So instead of waiting for the drunk teenagers to show up, the idiot with a badge decided to ticket a baby for attempting to pee.

Sadly, there is no cure for stupid cops. I fully support the good ones. I just wish that they would take care of the problem with these idiots, so that we wouldn't have to read about cases like this.
