Precisely. But why would a person who has a great chance of stealing the election, assuming it were real, make such a statement in the first instance? Perhaps he knew it was all a charade. Voting for Romney in the light of his statements means that one is selling their soul.

Obama will obviously remain as president but the other problem that exists is that even Obama will not have a huge (realistic) mandate to continue as president because people are pissed off at the whole thing and he cant just string them along cause nothing is going to improve. The NWO is on a course and its not turning back.
