Bush won Florida because of the Supreme Court AND because he spoke Spanish. This helped him tap into those millions of ethnocentric Latino voters.






Latinos are not really Republicans, but they will sometimes vote for Republicans who speaks their language. And there are millions of illegal immigrants Latina voters in USA.


French never wins in the USA, because in Anerica it is considered the language of losers. Maybe not in Canada, but Canada is different though.
