Again, I think voting is useless, BUT elections do serve a purpose for the elite. It does seem that the changing demographics (Latino invasion by design?) lend themselves much better to a takeover by a New World Socialist Order. From what I gather - and I grew up Democrat in California - the outdated and much-maligned idea of pulling oneself up by the bootstraps is not as popular among poor Democrats as it is among poor Republicans. Rich Democrats are different. They will work hard and donate much of what they earn to a party that ensures that more of what they make will be taken from then. Masochists.

It's a peculiar situation, but IF there are future presidential elections I just don't see Republican voters winning them (NOTE: emphasis on "voters". The candidates are tools, but the people voting for them are hard-wired with philosophies that they project onto these candidates). The Republican message and philosophy (smaller government, self-reliance of the Ayn Rand vein) does not suit the NWO agenda of beggar thy neighbor. These elections are all about conditioning Americans to accept a new way of life and to understand that their old way of thinking should be discarded. It will happen eventually. Resistance is futile because, as you say, the electorate will ultimately morph enough to demand it.

Tonight fits eerily with a prophecy I read a couple of years back: Obama would be the last president of the United States. Has anyone else heard this?

Based on the following facts that Obama inherited two wars, a financial crisis, a massive rising debt & a recession and the USA economy hasn't totally collapsed one would have to conclude that he hasn't been an abject failure.

The real question is has he done enough to make him a good President, and this next term will probably indicate that.
