Sad day for mankind. I feel like death and damnation. There's not much hope for the world. Maybe America deserves to fail. Lol. America has failed. My sincere apologies to all the world for our hellacious failure. America has damned mankind.

Re: Sad day for America...
Obama didn't so much win as the Republicans failed to put up a viable candidate.

Republicans dropped the ball in the primaries. They shut out the only real contender who could have gone up against Obama, Ron Paul. The way they treated libertarian conservatives at the RNC was disgraceful. They deserved to lose, and I hope they'll do some soul searching and think about why former republicans like me consider them irrelevant, like the Whig party of yesteryear.

Bain Capital Romney would be the best choice if we needed to strip America of it's jobs and assets and sell them to China. Seems that a lot of independent voters didn't forget that.

Nothing about this country is different right now than it was yesterday. And it would be no different if Romney had won. Either way, it's a lose for Americans. That's why voting did not matter - despite your persecution of those who chose not to vote.

Re: Sad day for America...
Sad beyond belief. Sad that the majority of Americans can see what this man is about and still vote him back in as their President. We have become like the ancient Jews and have been blinded by ignorance and greed.

But there are always bright spots.

> Republicans still have large control of the House.

> If Obama and his minions decide to get crazy with their agenda, the States can succeed.

> Last but not least, the people have a right to revolt.

I myself did not vote, I realize the president has no influence on America.

This is a fixed game folks.

Well, it will give Obama four more years to triple our national debt instead of just doubling it.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 27162750

before there being a republican term to rack up defense spending to appease haliburton & co, obama will be hard pressed to be able to increase debt like that.

 Quoting: Fire Watch

Why would they do that. Can't they just move the corporate offices to the Cayman islands? Take production offshore to where people will work for dirt like china. All the while using Chinese exporters to move product into the eager consumerist orgy that is the US.

Apparently your friend isnt doing it mitt style

well in actuality they ALREADY moved all jobs to china, their offices to cayman islands, and still enjoying their almost noenxistent tax rates.

but of course, if romney won and let them loose, it would be good for them to abolish minimum wage or something and make everyone work like little bitches INSIDE america instead of china. they would LOVE that.

If it's any consolation, tonight's result was about as meaningful as last season's "Survivor" finale. Don't let it get you down. The worst part will be having to listen to his arrogant ass until we hyperinflate ourselves into chaos. If you thought he was full of himself the last four years, you ain't seen NUTHIN' yet...

I feel so sorry for kids under 20. They will never know what freedom is or how cool America was when I was young. Of course I don't think they really care with their faces glued to their phones 24/7.
