There are only about 200,000 votes yet to come in from Cayahoga county (Cleveland, a Democrat stronghold), but there are still 1.2 million more votes to count total and a big chunk of the outstanding votes are yet to come in from Hamilton County (a Repub stronghold) and Delaware County (Repub stronghold too).
