Fox News showing cheering at the Romney Headquarters and FOX News is saying that no candidate will be accepting the win at any time until more of the vote in Ohio is counted.

FOX News is now putting their "Decision Desk" experts on camera to explain why they called OH for Obama with him leading by only 990 votes over Romney and 23% of the votes in OH still needing to be counted.

The decision desk experts are claiming that the Cayahoga County (Cleveland) votes WILL SURELY BE DEMOCRATIC and, thus, they feel comfortable calling OH for Obama.

The decision desk experts are claiming that they are 99.95% sure that OH will go to Obama.

There are only about 200,000 votes yet to come in from Cayahoga county (Cleveland, a Democrat stronghold), but there are still 1.2 million more votes to count total and a big chunk of the outstanding votes are yet to come in from Hamilton County (a Repub stronghold) and Delaware County (Repub stronghold too).

If Romney willingly concedes, then we will never really know how many votes were cast in Ohio or what candidate they were cast for.

IF Romney can win Ohio, Virginia and Florida he would only have 262 and it looks like obammy will win colorado and then he'd have 272.
