So lets see.
The OP says they will fire ALL their Democratic employees.

First did you ever even think of the possibility that some democrats may HAVE voted for Romney? Nevermind, fire them all anyway, moron.

While this is wildly illegal and you have admitted to planning such an action over the internet (which never forgets) their political affiliation is the only reason that you, the OP, would chose to fire.

That could constitute a "hate crime" (since you singled out a group of people and fired them purely as a result of being a part of a group.) and as such, falling under federal jurisdiction.

This would also fall under the discriminatory hiring/firing practices and with it is a clear violation of the first amendment.

The right of a person to speak their mind without retribution from those in a position of power below them has been repeatedly upheld and again just recently in N.C.

So if you fire the democrats, you not only open yourself up to wrongful termination lawsuits but to workplace harassment suits and/or failure to provide a safe workplace. Just off of the top of my head I can think of about 20 lawsuits that have precedent. Some for more than 150 years.

Go ahead and fire them democrats. In a few years those fired employees will own whatever piece of shit business you claim to have and you could be in jail if you don't have good lawyer.

Of course no one who actually talks to their lawyer about business would never be stupid enough to go down an obvious problematic road.

Try firing all the women or mexicans. Same result, moran.

But if the OP really is so pathetically insecure and simultaneously able to be so insanely petty that he would fire the very people he hired, (assuming their hiring was because they were good workers with a good record) it would be not just illegal and immoral but it would just show to everyone that your sad little opinion means more to you than the lives of those who depend upon you.

Since that is your way of thinking about your business I suspect you'll go under before the first of the new year.

No wonder you voted for Romney. You somehow feel that as the boss, you have the right to dictate the lives of your underlings and fire any that don't meet up to the standards that you established, which have nothing to do with business.

That shows a complete lack of understanding the employer/employee relationship. Keep your workers happy and they will do a better job. If you fire ANYONE because of their opinion, I guarantee that half will spend their lunch break retaining lawyers and the rest will be looking for new jobs before before the end of the day.
