4.An employee steals from the company and you have proof.

5.An employee frequently misses work without any explanation and/or is excessively late to work.

6. An employee enters false information on records.

7. An employee is grossly insubordinate.

8. An employee is incompetent or doesn't respond to training.

9. An employee sexually harasses someone at work.

10. An employee engages in verbal abuse.

11.An employee uses company property for personal business.

12. An employee is disclosing company trade secrets.

13. An employee is engaging in illegal activities while on the job.

As you can see ,we have numberous choices

POLITICAL AFFILIATION IS NOT A PROTECTED CLASS YOU CAN fire someone because they are a Democrat or Republican.

The FEDERAL protected classes are limited to : Race, Color, Religion, National Origin, Age, Sex, Marital Status, Disability Status, Veteran Status, and Genetic Information.

No where in ANY of the statues does it say or protect your political status, or affiliation. That means no fines, no jail time, and no restitution.
