Actually I have...several major hurricanes...massive destruction, home(s) destroyed...smashed through debris to get people out who were trapped in their destroyed homes, got people out of their homes and to safety while a major hurricane was at it's peak, moved debris after with heavy equiptment, did without electricity for over 2 weeks at a time...so the answer to that would be yes...in fact when I was young?...I went through a major hurricane in NY on long island...Gloria... Oh and BTW...I also understand sarcasm...
