1. He made it so my children had the ability to be covered under our medical insurance, even though they are young adults and on their own. There is no way they would have been able to afford the kind of medical coverage they now enjoy had he not changed existing laws. With my daughter's shaky medical history…this has been a life saver for her..literally!
2. He extended UI benefits for people such as myself and my husband who found ourselves let go at our job through no fault of our own due to California’s “At Will” employment laws and forced to live on the UI extension benefits that Obama signed into law until we could find work again.
3. He brought home many troops by Christmas last year so that folks like my son could enjoy the holidays with their families instead of spending them in a God forsaken country surrounded by hostiles and road side bombs.
4. He was instrumental in finding, capturing and executing Osama Bin Ladin, one of the most notorious criminals of our time.
5. He got the auto industry back up and running when they were ready to throw in the towel. This in turn saved countless jobs and kept a recession from becoming a very dangerous depression.

For these reasons and many others, I proudly voted him in for a second term. He earned it!!
