Well first of all the biz was fine policing itself. In fact they test so much that you are actually safer banging a porn star than hooking up in a club. I'm serious. Yeah, yeah there have been hiv scares and shit, but consider how often that happens in relation to what they do. Almost never. Better odds than the clubs. Never-the-less, all talent is tested...or rather were.
Why "were?"
Because now some in the industry are going to shoot out of state where there is no mandate forcing them to use condoms etc.
Guess what else? Talent will end up NOT testing at all (they don't have to, it's not Cali) and shit will hit the fan.
