Its called "co-opting". The TEA Party was libertarian and it got mistaken for "conservative" then all the fake conservatives (closet liberals joined) and we libertarians said "fuck it" and took our balls and went home.

Moral of the story is this: When the libertarians go home, you lose your balls.
