City councilman denies daughter’s YouTube allegations

Brie Lybrand alleges her father, Corry City Councilman Steve Bresler, molested, tortured and raped her from the time she was 4 until she turned 13.

Bresler, 56, who was appointed to council in May, denies all allegations.

“This is crazy, crazy stuff,” said Bresler, who moved to Corry from Gulfport, Miss., in 2003. “It’s absolutely ridiculous. I say categorically it never happened.”
