Beaches, better weather, higher costs of living, more jobs, MUCH hotter women, I can go on forever...

The point is that it generally takes one of higher intelligence to live in such prime areas. Repukes are generally lower IQ, sister/sheep fuckers, so obviously, they don't have the intellect to survive in such expensive areas.

The jobs are much more complex...technology, centers of higher education, engineering, medical..all of the epicenters are on the coasts.

Repukes are only capapble of fucking their sheep, goats, and cows.

Repukes have zero logic, would be entirely out of place in such richly diverse, wealthy, pristine areas.
