Can someone explain this in technical terms, I am sure there is some transmission vs date limit explanation.

How about a counter to a conspiracy theory with another?

Consider the possibility that there is photorealistic 3d modeling software available. It's not publicly released because they use it to produce 'real' media. Entertainment, news, etc. Occasionally there are programming glitches or bandwidth issues, leading to the whole reptilian shape shifting theory.

This also covers the whole 'actors' theory, it's just the same cgi models being reused. The garbans and burtations thing could have been data stream fragmentation, and Al Roker could have had a serious programming error.

Hmmmmm, the plot thickens.............

yeah that is weird... and I don;t believe in shape shifting either... that said this is weird..

Okay...personally, I'll tell you this. I KNOW that there are odd things going on out in this world. That being said, this could be a sham. But...I'm not saying that it is.

However...
1. Why is the camera so focused on him? Did they just decide to point it that direction for the fun of it?
2. Ever hear of contact lenses that have slits? They're on the market.
3. Why is it shown simply in slow motion?
4. What is the incentive for having the camera focused specifically on him?
5. What is the context to the entire video?
6. Who filmed this particular video?
7. Where was the video filmed?
8. Under what circumstance was the camera rolling? Was it a business meeting? Was it a commercial?

There are so many reasons why this could be fake...but, I don't want to SPOIL THE FUN.

Do me a favor, film yourself in a well lit area for about 10 minutes with you looking directly at the camera.

Then slow down the camera speed when you do the playback...

I bet you'll see some things on YOURSELF that you might find SHIFTY as well...guaranteed.

WHY? Because our pupils are ALWAYS adjusting to light and pixelation will make your pupils look like slits on MORE OCCASIONS THAN ONE.
