Not mandatory here. I can have all part time employees if I choose. If they try to change that I will just fire everyone and close shop. Or move my business to the Bahamas.

This is where you people are wrong. It is NOT the employer's responsibility to provide people 'benefits' or healthcare. THAT is the entire crux of the problem.

The entire health benefit enigma is a fraudulent scam. The government can not force this. We will revolt and punish the employees. That's just the way it is. Just because the company owner makes a couple dollars does not mean the company is raking in money. And even if the owner reduced his own salary to minimum wage it can never amount to paying healthcare for all the employees. It quite simply will not work.

Even if it could work, the healthcare you would receive would be a nightmare like military style healthcare with death panels and mandatory vaccinations. You people fucked up. Get ready to pay for being greedy.

Talk to someone like a tax person and they will tell you that part time people will be counted as well. The hours will be added together and so many will equal a full time person. Just finished talking to my guy about this.
