Are we seeing the end of the Republican party?

Maybe so, maybe not. If they change from the party of the rich, white ultra-conservatives, in other words find a way to deal with the Tea Party, they can re-brand and come back.

If they continue pandering to the far right, especially in the primaries, their numbers will just continue to shrink and all they'll be able to do is obstruct . . . and not even that in a few more election cycles.

In 1988 President G.H.W. Bush got 62% of the white vote and won over 400 in the Electoral College. Last night Romney got that same number and only 1/2 the number of Electoral College votes.

The demographics of the U.S. are changing fast and angry whites are being left behind.

I think Republicans' best move right now (and one they would sooner die than take) is to reach out and show they are the party of cooperation and statesmanship.

We shall see . . .

The end of a country.. it's over..come quickly..

There are 2 types of conservatives in the republican party. The fiscal conservatives, and the social conservatives.

The fiscal conservatives have taken over the party, most republicans are not fiscal conservative, they are more moderate.

Most republicans are social conservatives. A large majority of america are social conservatives.

Romney was a moderate liberal push by the fiscal (the rich) of the party. The problem is, there was nothing socially that seperated Romney from Obama. The RNC was allowed to push a fiscal with the assumption the sheep would vote for him.

They couldnt of picked a worse canidate. Even Romney's hometown didn't vote for him.

Social conservatives will have to retake the party if there is ever another republican elected president.

Obviously not they control the senate and the supreme court.

When comes to the President they're going to have to reinvent themselves to reach voters on the west and east coasts.

About time, worthless scum!

Watch Middle East once again engulf in flames (funny it was quiet for the elections - ask yourself why)

Wait till more kids are encouraged abortions, morning after pills and capital punishment, legalized vice and Hollywood celebs (they are part of MSM and some are even CIA moles) inspiring gay decadence to our children.

Watch them dupe the youngsters into thinking it is hip to kill off your grandma only for them to live single lonely lives at their old age (which is what they want for your children - for your next generation to die early so that they don't have to pay their social security back)
