"Most" is not true. Actually, there is a large % of liars for those who CLAIM abuse. Abuse claims are often treated as guilty until proven innocent, and nothing is done to the women who make up the lies.

No, you are quite wrong. It's been proven that a huge % of accusations are false. A lot happen in divorce proceedings, and it is easy money (or so women think). I know there are a lot of abused women, but you ignore all the men who have been lied about, which are a great number too. I know exactly what I am talking about -- you just assume guilt until proven innocence, as you have shown many times in this thread already; that alone shows how deranged you are on top of everything else.

I don't think she's acting and for a woman to come out and accuse her father of horrendous acts is probably not easy.

I don't believe her. The fact that she choose not to wear make-up in anticipation of making this video is very telling. She looks more innocent without makeup and more pathetic as a victim.
It feels way too scripted.

Then she almost eggs him on by threatening him with guns yet at the end she's pleading with him to leave her alone.

She also mention something very quickly that eluded that the father might've harmed the brother too? I forget where it was I heard it (in the video) but that struck me as strange as well.

The step-mother admits to subscribing to her channel so whether or not she's on this to (to bolster Brie's career) is unknown.

Also, I didn't like the way she looks up prior to crying. That's a stage 'trick' if you will. You let your mind go deep into the abyss so produce the tears. That's what she constantly did. The tears hardly started when she looked directly into the camera. She constantly looked away and THEN the tears flowed.

Maybe I'm not totally correct (I watched this the other day) so I am just recalling from memory and impression. I'll watch it again. But this seems like very good acting to me.

And one last thing, why wait? You wait 27 years (when you're in your prime for glory and fame) to come out with this? Really? And on YouTube of all places?

If the allegations are true, he deserves what he gets, if they are false, she deserves to be charged.

All we can do now is wait and see how it all unfolds.

I do not know if what she is saying is true, but to my ears, she sounded truthful. She obviously has a lot of anger & hurt that's been bottled up, and it had to have stemmed from something...I just don't know what/who caused it.

I hope she gets the help & the justice she needs to put this behind her

And it is written by a reporter, so edits things out, of course. As such, there is nothing odd with the response. He says he is innocent (to be expected if he is innocent or guilty, so it proves nothing), but also he points out that he is rightfully going after those who have threatened him (and if he is innocent, why is it so wrong?)

No but when the evidence shows that they are guilty, then they are indeed guilty.

I'm pretty sure if i head off the the pen, most of the inmates will say I'm "innocent", even if they were caught red handed doing the crime.

People 99% of the time assume accusation of rape or abuse to be true. Instant lynch mob forms, and anyone who says "let's wait and see" are told how bad they are for supporting rape, "You don't know what it is like."

And what evidence is there? A youtube video? Accusation is not proof of guilt. And the pictures, which could be photoshopped or taken from some other event, are not proof of anything (if real, only proof that her mother was hurt somehow; maybe an accident in a car, for all I know). Sorry, the fact is you are making it "guilt by accusation." That's vile.
