Well, we don't know what they did after the Youtube video was released...but just that someone HAS contacted the police. As far as what happens now, ??? It looks like the news articles about this have not delved further into what will happen next either.

How many times does this have to be responded to?

1) they are photos of something.. are they photoshopped, staged, or real? I don't know
2) even if they are photos of her mom being beat up, how did they happen? from her father? from someone else? this isn't proof her father did anything.... let alone rape her.

I don't know ANYTHING about court documents, would there be a reason why this wouldn't have the docket number, etc. that was listed in one of the links about the divorce? Perhaps because it was something that contained a typo ("check" is circled, but I'm guessing it means cheek?)?

Allow me to elaborate.

There are only two possibilites.

1) She is lying, and made up accusations to attack someone using the system. She has a defective, sociopathic personality, and her father bears blame also since it is a combination of his genes and rearing of his daughter that caused this defective sociopath behavior. Therefore they are both guilty of heinous crimes and should both be EXECUTED.

2) She is telling the truth. Therefore the father is hideously defective in his genes and behavior, which is passed down to his defective daughter. He should never have been allowed to breed. He has cost society dearly and the mistake must be corrected. They both deserve to be EXECUTED.

The reason it has no docket number and anything is because it is not a court document. It might be something that was going to be filed but wasn't, but whatever THAT is, it is not any official court document.

So either it is recently fabricated, or it was something made and not used because of the typo.

There are many possibilities.

Look up false memory syndrome for another.

That's the only thing I could think of was because of the typo, as I'm trying to see both sides of this, so this cannot be something official because it has no #.

Well, I didn't want to come out and say it but yes. Like I said though, I'm keeping an open mind about all of it but thought the docket # missing was interesting.

this sort of thing is the exact reason i dropped off the seen face of social media. Then stupid sites like mylife go around linking every account i used to use keeping my address updated for anyone that pays for a subscription. Wtbf.

She may be having a breakdown.

As is clear, my general impression is that the story in the video is not true, however, I still think a proper investigation is best. And though I think this hurts her, it can be explained away: it is a rough draft of a document, and she confused it for the real one. So it is not exactly 100% a thing against her, but it still hurts her case in general.

Just the strain in her face and the dark circles tell me she is very stressed about it. I think she's for real. It wouldn't benefit her to lie.

yup. More real than the court doc. She might have just posted a "draft" of a court document. Who knows what she is thinking. To be honest, it's so rare someone would make this kind of thing up. Her career could be affected, she is outing herself too ya know. I think she is ready to face her father and that is why she did it.

Agreed, and she is an actress. Never the less, in context there is an energetic weakness about her that makes me think this is a huge emotional wound for her.

They could be staged photos. We don't know anything about them or their history to know if they are her mother, if they are real, and if they have anything to do with her father or not. And even if her father beat her mother, that doesn't mean he raped Brie.

And not only do a lot of people have a history of making up BS like this (and this has been shown in this thread already), there is also the possibility of false and implanted memories. Nonetheless, she isn't acting as if all is in the up and up.

I would venture to say she looks like this all the time without the 5 pounds of makeup she likes to cake all over her face.

Well, her clamming up may be on the advice of an attorney as well, who knows. I'm guessing she would have one by now, particularly since her father was looking up what he could do legally. That's possibly why no more has been said about it either I guess.
